Responsibilities:

• Participate in audit planning, scope confirmation, and preliminary discussions with auditees.
• Conduct audit fieldwork, including process walkthroughs, developing audit programs, and performing sample testing.
• Identify control deficiencies, assess associated risks, and clearly document findings.
• Prepare audit working papers with supporting documentation; ensure accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.
• Assist in drafting audit reports, collaborate with process owners on corrective action plans, monitor remediation, and escalate significant issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of internal audit experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit-related tools.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CAMS, CPA) are preferred.
