  • The Opportunity:

The International Business Operations (IBO) Support Analyst will provide critical support to the International Business Operations organization. IBO enables mission success by navigating dynamic business needs, evolving country requirements, and ensuring company compliance across global operations. In this role, you will provide tactical support to strategic initiatives that help drive the company’s business goals and international growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting international business operations to include special projects focused on business operations and process improvements.
  • Researching and reporting requirements to conduct business internationally.
  • Providing inputs to International Business and Risk Reviews, contract proposal activities and awards, and program readiness efforts.
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of training materials
  • Analyzing data and developing metrics that support business development activities.
  • Developing processes, templates, and guides for use across functions and program teams.
  • Developing communications and content for distribution through Corporate Communications channels.
  • Drafting IBO announcements and country updates for publication on the IBO portal.
  • Supporting new country expansion efforts and contributing to the company’s knowledge base as global operations grow.
  • Maintaining ongoing operational data, including footprint metrics for proposals and IBO SharePoint portal content.
  • Assisting with the development of briefs for senior leadership.
  • Participating in readiness reviews, responding to IBO‑related questions, and supporting PM staff with IBO guidance and resources.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of related experience
  • Must have experience working as a DoD Contractor preferably supporting programs with international assignment or travel requirements
  • Demonstrated high level of personal accountability with strong time‑management and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience as SharePoint administrator, creating sites and managing permissions
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams and contribute to shared objectives.
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying improvement opportunities and driving tasks to successful completion while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Strong organizational acumen as demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple information streams and bring clarity and structure to complex workflows or processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and develop productive, trust‑based working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities with the adaptability to adjust effectively to shifting priorities and dynamic business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and detect anomalies or irregularities to support informed decision‑making.
  • Effective time and priority management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality work through thorough QA/QC practices and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience developing training materials, guidance documents, and standard operating procedures to support consistent and scalable processes.
  • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and well‑structured communications, documentation, and training resources.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365, with the ability to manage content, collaborate across teams, and leverage digital tools effectively.
  • Experience with using AI tools to develop training content, standard operating procedures, and content for SharePoint sites.

Desired:

  • Project Management Professional certification or education towards obtaining a certification
  • Experience or familiarity with using PowerBI reports
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools
