- Develop investor-facing materials including pitch decks, investment memorandums, fundraising presentations, and board reporting packages.
- Support fundraising activities by managing data rooms, preparing due diligence documentation, and maintaining capitalization tables.
- Draft investor updates and communications that clearly articulate business performance, growth metrics, and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking across food technology, logistics, consumer brands, and related sectors.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to translate operational performance into compelling financial narratives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of professional finance experience, including at least 1–2 years in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Development, or similar strategic finance functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create investor-grade financial models and presentations from scratch.
- Demonstrated experience preparing pitch books, investment memorandums, and fundraising materials.
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial analysis, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work full-time during US Eastern business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) or similar advisory environments.
- Exposure to high-growth startups, particularly within Food \& Beverage, Retail, Logistics, Marketplace, or Technology sectors.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FMVA, or MBA.
- Experience supporting investor relations and fundraising activities from Seed through Series B stages.
What You'll Gain
- Opportunity to contribute to a rapidly scaling technology-driven business.
- Direct interaction with senior leadership and investors.
- Exposure to fundraising, strategic planning, and corporate finance initiatives.
- Fully remote work environment with a structured professional schedule.
- Performance-driven culture that values initiative, ownership, and high-quality execution.
