Key Responsibilities

Support full-cycle investment diligence, including financial modeling, research, and execution

Analyze and monitor portfolio performance across asset classes

Conduct market research and help evaluate new investment opportunities

Track deals, manage documentation, and assist through closing

Build pipeline through sourcing, screening, and investment thesis development

What Makes a Strong Fit

2–4 years of investing or relevant operating experience

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Self-starter comfortable in a small, high-responsibility team

Curious, detail-oriented, and capable of independent problem-solving

Strong communication skills; CFA progress is a plus

Compensation

$115K–$140K base \+ \~20% bonus \+ additional incentives
