Marks Baughan provides global investment banking services to growth companies in the legal and compliance sectors, including software, technology-enabled services, data-intensive companies, and law firms. The firm has completed 125\+ transactions totaling more than $10 billion in value across M\&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory.

We are seeking an Analyst with 1–2 years of post-undergraduate experience to join an active deal team. Given our current transaction activity, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to live engagements from day one.

What You'll Do

• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
• Conduct company, industry, buyer, investor, and market research
• Prepare CIMs, pitch books, and management presentations
• Support transaction execution, data rooms, and client deliverables

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from a top university with a strong academic record
• 1–2 years of full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, or accounting firm transaction services or valuation
• Strong modeling, analytical, and financial statement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in the legal technology, compliance, and professional services sectors
• Permanent U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship available
