Investment banking Analyst/Associate/VP - NY/CHI

We are working with a leading global upper-mid market boutique investment bank to hire Analysts and Associates

and

Vice Presidents to join their team. Our client covers a wide range of sectors, but the roles at these levels would be generalist. The roles offer a pure M\&A focus. The positions can be based out of Chicago or New York.

This is a high-impact role within a lean team, offering direct exposure to senior bankers and clients on complex M\&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of M\&A transactions, including financial modelling and valuation

• Preparation of client materials (pitchbooks, CIMs, board presentations)

• Managing diligence processes and coordinating with clients and counterparties

• Mentoring junior team members

Qualifications:

• 1–6\+ years of experience in investment banking or M\&A advisory

• Strong technical skillset (LBO, DCF, merger models)

• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
