IT Business Analyst - Equity Derivatives

IT Business Analyst with Derivatives product knowledge required to join leading investment bank. My client is currently running a number of projects to improve and increase their trading platforms and require a BA with Derivatives experience to help with full end to end projects. This Business Analyst will work closely with front to back stakeholders to deliver high priority changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the firm's new business approval process from initiation to implementation
• Perform analysis of the process and systems infrastructure and define the appropriate operating model for each new business proposal
• Prepare documentation for each proposal with input from all stakeholders
• Coordinate technical and business process change as appropriate and manage any related project implementations

Required Background:

• Strong business knowledge of Derivatives in APAC market
• Proven experience in Business Analysis capacity working on complex projects across multiple business lines and domains
• Good understanding of IT processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
