Chief Information Officer

to lead the organisation’s technology strategy, application development, IT infrastructure, operations, resilience, and transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilitie

sTechnology Strategy \& Leadershi

• pLead the overall IT strategy, technology planning, and execution to support the organisation’s long-term business and operational objectives
• .Partner closely with the CEO, Board, and senior management to shape technology direction, governance, and future capability build-out
• .Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to improve efficiency, resilience, security, and service quality

.IT Operations, Infrastructure \& Application Deliver

• yOversee day-to-day technology operations across application development, infrastructure, operations, and support functions
• .Ensure critical systems are stable, secure, scalable, and aligned with committed service standards
• .Drive disciplined delivery across application development methodology, quality assurance, problem management, and change management

.Payment, Settlement \& Financial Infrastructure System

• sProvide technology leadership for mission-critical systems supporting payment, clearing, settlement, and related financial market infrastructure
• .Ensure systems are designed and operated with high reliability, resilience, compliance, and operational control

.Risk, Governance \& Regulatory Complianc

• eMaintain robust IT governance, controls, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory and statutory requirements
• .Oversee technology risk management, audit readiness, compliance standards, and operational resilience

.Data Centre, Business Continuity \& Resilienc

• eMaintain adequate data centre infrastructure, including backup sites and contingency arrangements
• .Lead business continuity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and regular contingency drill exercises

.People, Budget \& Stakeholder Managemen

• tLead a sizeable technology organisation through senior direct reports and functional heads
• .Oversee IT resource planning, budgeting, vendor management, and cost control
• .Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators, external partners, and industry participants
