Key Responsibilities
End-User Experience \& Support Leadership
- Serve as the primary IT contact for all JV employees
- Deliver high-quality L1/L2 support across hardware, software, and access
- Own the full lifecycle of onboarding and offboarding (devices, accounts, MAM)
- Ensure users are productive, supported, and confident in their technology
Cross-Organization IT Leadership
- Act as the central liaison between the JV, MSP, GCON IT, and H\&W IT teams
- Drive accountability across partners to meet SLAs and deliver outcomes
- Coordinate escalations, system changes, and advanced support (L3)
- Lead collaboration across a multi-company IT ecosystem
M365, SaaS \& Endpoint Administration
- Perform hands-on administration across M365 (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams)
- Manage device compliance, access controls, and endpoint health
- Support and coordinate SaaS tools critical to construction operations
- Maintain visibility into platforms, licenses, costs, and ownership
Job Site Technology \& Connectivity
- Own IT operations across an active construction environment
- Manage internet, Wi-Fi, and cellular connectivity across site locations
- Support network hardware (routers, switches, access points)
- Oversee A/V systems and ensure meeting spaces are fully operational
- Set up and maintain fully functional workstations in site trailers
Security \& Incident Response
- Act as the first line of response for security concerns and incidents
- Coordinate with SOC, MSP, and partner teams on escalations
- Ensure compliance across endpoint protection and network security tools
- Drive awareness and accountability through training and phishing programs
Governance, Budget \& Strategy
- Manage the IT budget and provide monthly reporting
- Monitor vendor and MSP performance against SLAs
- Participate in IT Oversight Committee meetings with insights and recommendations
- Oversee device lifecycle management from procurement through retirement

Qualifications
Required
- 5–7 years of experience in IT support or systems administration (L2\+ capability)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
+ Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
+ Endpoint management (MDM/MAM/Autopilot)
- Experience troubleshooting:
+ Windows OS, applications, and connectivity
+ Endpoint security tools (EDR, DNS filtering)
- Experience working with MSPs, vendors, and multiple IT teams
- Experience supporting field or job site IT environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Construction industry experience
- Familiarity with platforms like CMiC, ACC, ProjectSight, BuildingConnected
- Experience with CrowdStrike, Cisco Umbrella, KnowBe4
- Joint venture or multi-organization IT environment experience
- Familiarity with NIST CSF or similar frameworks
Physical Requirements
- Standing/Walking/Sitting: Workday is combination of standing, walking, and sitting.

- Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use
- Vision: Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination
- Hearing: Sufficient to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone and radio; sufficient to hear alarms on equipment
- Speech: Sufficient to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio
