ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a rapidly expanding international IT services and managed solutions provider, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer.

📌 Location: Athens, Northern Area

📍 Working Model: On-site

What you will do:

As a

n IT Infrastructure Engineer

, you will play a key role in implementing, supporting and optimizing client infrastructure environments across on-premises and cloud platforms. The role combines operational excellence, troubleshooting expertise, and participation in infrastructure transformation projects.

More specifically:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (2012–2025), storage systems, virtualization platforms, and networking components
• Lead or contribute to Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations, integrations, and optimization initiatives
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity services
• Monitor backup jobs, replication tasks, and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness
• Handle escalations, investigate infrastructure incidents, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors
• Maintain structured documentation and configuration records
• Provide remote client support and occasional on-site technical assistance
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support when required

What we are looking for:

• BSc/MSc degree in Information Technology or related field
• 3\+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or systems administration
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure administration, and hybrid environments
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware and/or Hyper-V)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Firewalls)
• Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery concepts
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a structured, process-driven environment

Any of the following will be considered an asset:

• Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104)
• VMware VCP-DCV certification
• Experience with MFA platforms (Duo, Azure MFA)
• Experience with RMM tools
