Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

IT Project Manager (Agile Coach)

to lead Agile transformation initiatives and drive the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the MSA department and Global Initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile coaching experience, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to coach teams and leaders to improve collaboration, delivery predictability, and business outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

This role will serve as an

Agile Coach

, leading and facilitating the SAFe transformation across the MSA department and Global Initiatives. The successful candidate will coach teams and leaders, establish consistent Agile practices, remove organizational impediments, and drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery performance and business value.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Equivalent experience in Agile transformation may be considered.

Experience

• 5\+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies in product, project, or delivery environments.
• 3\+ years of experience coaching Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, or organizational leaders.
• Experience facilitating workshops and driving organizational change.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading or supporting Agile transformation initiatives is highly desirable.

Agile Knowledge \& Expertise

• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, Lean thinking, and continuous improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of the SAFe framework and Agile transformation practices.
• Experience with value stream thinking, servant leadership, and flow optimization.
• Ability to coach teams and leaders on Agile adoption, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates with one or more of the following certifications are preferred:

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• SAFe Agilist (SA)
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Lean Six Sigma certification

Preferred Industry Experience

• Experience in manufacturing, smart factory, or digital transformation environments is highly desirable.
