As a Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and completion of IT projects from initiation to completion.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet defined objectives.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.

• Are versed in project management methodologies and best practices.

• Can prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.

• Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Have expertise in stakeholder management, including coordination with onsite teams, handling vendor visits, and managing logistics.

• Are experienced with operational project execution on-site and hands-on involvement with hardware delivery and follow-up.

• Understand local constraints and realities.

• Have a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects within the insurance industry.

• Are proficient in the use of project management tools and software and experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
