IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented ERP IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This is a critical project that will involve upgrading our accounting, billing, and financial planning \& analysis (FP\&A) systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex, multi-million-dollar ERP implementations, ideally with experience in Workday or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project resources, including budget, schedule, and team members.
• Lead project meetings, status reviews, and steering committee meetings.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, IT, operations) and external vendors.
• Manage communications and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Oversee the testing and implementation phases of the project.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5\+ years of experience in technical project management at-scale.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar ERP implementations (Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Experience managing projects with external stakeholders/third parties within budget constraints.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification
• Experience with SmartSheets and ServiceNow
• Healthcare industry experience
• Prior experience managing a full Workday implementation lifecycle (from conception to post-production)
