Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The IT Vendor Management Analyst plays a key role in ensuring optimal performance, risk mitigation, and cost efficiency across PepsiCo’s IT vendor portfolio. This position partners with IT, Procurement, and Finance teams to drive vendor governance, performance management, and continuous improvement, supporting the company’s strategic technology objectives.

Your Impact

As IT Vendor Management Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Vendor Governance \& Relationship Management
  • Support governance activities and relationship management for IT strategic and managed service vendors.
  • Create and maintain vendor profiles and documentation for strategic and preferred vendors.
  • Coordinate and participate in governance discussions and business reviews.
  • Vendor Performance Management
  • Track, report, and analyze vendor performance using SLAs, KPIs, and business satisfaction surveys.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements in vendor management workflows.
  • Contract Compliance \& Risk Management
  • Resolve inquiries from IT stakeholders related to vendor contracts.
  • Assist in managing contract change processes and ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with Information Security and IT Controls/Audit teams to ensure vendors meet security and compliance standards.
  • Resource \& Financial Management
  • Validate vendor consumption data (e.g., resource unit validation, volume pricing adjustments).
  • Provide input for consumption trend analysis to optimize resource utilization.
  • Support IT Finance in developing financial forecasts, business cases, true-ups, and budget plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting across service areas.
  • Collaboration \& Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Partner with IT services teams, vendor representatives, and internal stakeholders to deploy standard resource management and sourcing processes.
  • Provide solutions and follow up on processes impacting the IT Vendor Management area.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the IT Vendor Relationship Management department.

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

Required Skills \& Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 2–3 years’ experience in vendor relationship management, IT governance, or procurement (IT environment). 1–2 years’ experience in contract management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in financial management and analysis (preferred). Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus }
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Medium to high understanding of commercial and IT contracts.
  • Preferred experience in contract management and review
