Junior Art Director

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, concept-driven

Junior Art Director

who is eager to bring big ideas and a strong visual voice to life across multiple platforms -  from digital campaigns and broadcast to branding and print. In this role, you’ll work closely with our entire creative team to develop breakthrough concepts that align with strategy, inspire audiences, and deliver results for our client partners.

This is a growth-focused role designed for a developing creative who is ready to expand their conceptual thinking, craft, and leadership skills while contributing meaningfully to the creative excellence of the agency.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Create motion graphics and 2D/3D animation (Animate, After Effects, Figma/Bannerify)
  • Execute layout design and digital from concept to publishing (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
  • Support concept development and campaign ideation across digital and traditional media
  • Contribute to storyboarding and visual development
  • Assist in brand design and development of visual systems
  • Prepare files and manage production for digital and print media
  • Participate in creative reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to internal culture through creative input, collaboration, and passion for great work
  • Stay current on trends in design, advertising, and technology

Support Duties:

  • Attend internal status meetings and internal reviews
  • Support new business efforts by contributing to pitches and creative presentations
  • Work a minimum of three days in the office per week for the full working day

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma, Canva and Google platforms
  • Experience designing for both digital and traditional media
  • Experience collaborating across departments
  • Background in agency or fast-paced creative environments preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Art Direction, Graphic Design or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or art direction; agency experience preferred (this could be waved for the right candidate)
