This position is for a Jr. Graphic Designer. This is an office-based position out of Antaira Global Headquarters in Las Vegas, NV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Assist in creating, developing, and executing brand-aligned visual designs from concept through final production across digital and print media, including product packaging, advertisements, websites, email campaigns, catalogs, brochures, logos, trade show displays, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Capture professional product photography and edit, retouch, and optimize images for print, web, and social media.
- Demonstrate a strong creative eye and attention to detail in typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy, spacing, and overall design aesthetics.
- Create storyboards, animations, videos, and motion graphics to support product launches, marketing campaigns, trade shows, and social media initiatives.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready production files and coordinate with printers, promotional vendors, and other external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designer, Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and other departments to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and team meetings while contributing creative ideas and executing assigned projects.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining digital design assets, ensuring files are properly archived and easily accessible.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of design work.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent portfolio and experience.
- 1–2 years of graphic design experience (internships considered) with an online portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier).
- Experience with product photography; videography and motion graphics are a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong creative eye with the ability to create clean, modern, and engaging designs that communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills with the ability to collaborate, present ideas, and incorporate feedback.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new design trends and creative technologies.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
