Job Description
My client is looking for a Junior Analyst to work directly with the CEO to provide finance and administrative support. The role is 5 days a week on site in Duluth. Occasional travel will be required also.
Salary is between $70,000 - $78,000 depending on experience.
The Junior Analyst provides high-level finance and administrative support to the President and/or CEO. This role will assist with reporting, managing various spreadsheets, expense reporting, manages executive schedules, communications, travel, meetings, and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Travel, including overnight stays, is expected for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for the President/CEO.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Support internal and external communications.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential information professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience in related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
