Optomi, in partnership with a leader in commercial real estate technology, is looking for a Junior Full-Stack Engineer.

**Tuesday/ Thursday On-Site in Richardson, TX**

Position Summary:

As a Software Engineer for the Valuations \& Advisory Services (VAS) team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of technology in commercial real estate (CRE). You'll design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions that power our next-generation platforms, directly contributing to the AI transformation of the VAS business. You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional global team, contributing across the full software development lifecycle – from conceptualization to deployment and monitoring.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • 1 year of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • 1 year of experience in full-stack software development using Java Technologies such as Java Spring Boot.
  • 1 year of experience in one of the Cloud Technologies of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • 1 year of experience in database development like SQL Server, PostgresDB, Oracle, etc.
  • At least 1 year of experience with RESTful APIs or Microservices.
  • Knowledge of Data Science fundamentals and Data Engineering
