Junior Full Stack Engineer

What Are We Looking For

• We are seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on

experience to join our team.

• Work with our US team, with shift timings from around 6 PM to 3 AM IST.
• The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, responsive web

development, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Functional Components, and Redux.

• Familiarity with Material UI, AWS, GCP, RUST, and modern AI-assisted IDEs or code editors

(e.g., Cursor) is a plus.

• On the backend, the candidate should have experience working with Node.js, Express, and

GraphQL, as well as a basic understanding of API development. Exposure to testing

frameworks such as JEST or Testing Library is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and Material UI

to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

• Implement frontend logic using JavaScript, React, Redux, and Functional

Components to build interactive and dynamic user interfaces.

• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express, and GraphQL to

support frontend functionalities and data requirements.

• Work closely with Senior Engineers to understand project requirements, receive

technical direction, and translate guidance into well-implemented solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define, design, and deliver

new features.

• Manage and maintain databases such as Postgres and MySQL, BigQuery,

Spanner for efficient data storage and manipulation.

• Assist in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms including

GCP/AWS to ensure scalability and reliability.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices to

continually enhance development skills.

• Manage code changes through GitHub or GitLab using standardized version control

and review workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Frontend/Backend Developer.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web development principles.
• Practical experience using Material UI for building user interfaces.
• Strong foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, and Functional Components.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express for backend development, plus familiarity

with GraphQL.

• Exposure to testing frameworks such as JEST and Testing Library.
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS (hands-on experience or

coursework/projects both acceptable).

• Basic experience with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with Senior

Engineers and follow technical guidance.
