This fast-growing Manchester business is rebuilding its product team and looking for a

Junior Product Manager

to help shape and deliver their product vision. You’ll play a key role in developing the roadmap, improving customer experience, and supporting the integration of technology to transform the industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the definition and execution of the product strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories
• Work with cross-functional teams (tech, design, operations) to deliver product improvements
• Contribute to building a high-performing, collaborative product function

What we’re looking for:

• 2 years’ experience in a Product role (or closely related – e.g. Business Analyst, Product Owner)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders
• Exposure to agile environments and product delivery processes
• Eager to learn, grow, and develop within a fast-paced environment
