What You’ll Do

• Support senior managers with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and projects
• Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across different teams
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with client communications and project updates
• Help organize meetings, reports, and project documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred
• Internship or previous experience in project coordination, marketing, or administration is a plus (not required)
