Junior QA Automation Engineer

That's where Quality Engineering steps in. Not as a safety net bolted on at the end, but as a discipline that shapes how software is built from the start. At QA DNA, we work with software product teams to build automated testing setups that are reliable, scalable, and built for the real world.

We're looking for a Junior QA Automation Engineer to join our team. Someone early in their career who's ready to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and make a real impact on products used by real people.

If you're a recent graduate, currently studying, or just starting out, this role was built for you. You'll work on real problems alongside experienced engineers who'll invest in your growth every step of the way.

Who we're looking for 🔍

• Ideally 1 year of hands-on experience in automation, development, or a related technical area (internships, university projects, and freelance work all count)
• A genuine interest in programming. A technical university background or related studies is a plus
• Proactive and action-oriented: you don't wait to be told what to do
• Open to feedback and honest communication (introverts very welcome)
• Comfortable with coding and automation tools. We're tech-agnostic, what matters is how you think
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable with a hybrid working model, with some in-person collaboration
