Position Overview

We are looking for an SAP OTC Consultant to join our dynamic team supporting a global client across LATAM. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring seamless integration between business operations and SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP OTC processes (Sales \& Distribution, Billing, Pricing, Order Management).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and enhancements within AMS environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Provide functional expertise and support to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–8\+ years of SAP experience (depending on seniority).
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD / OTC processes.
• Experience working in AMS or support environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset and ownership attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience in global projects or multi-country rollouts.
• Exposure to integration with FI, MM or logistics modules.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
