What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Demos, and PI Planning
• Build strong relationships to foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation across Agile software development teams
• Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress
• Assist the Product Manager with effective backlog management, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and applying Agile best practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a technical discipline, or any other relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development or related fields
• Proven track record managing large-scale software development, data management, and system integration initiatives
• Proficient with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies
• Certified SAFe/Agile/Scrum certifications
• Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other Government agencies
• Ability to obtain government clearance
