Key Account Manager (Mortgage SaaS)

John Evans Recruiting is representing a dynamic fintech in Baltimore in their search for a Key Account Manager. Our client company sells their unique SaaS product into the largest mortgage lenders in the country and will depend on the Key Account Manager to maintain and grow recurring revenue with these high-profile customers.

Experience as a loan originator or experience selling into the mortgage industry is strongly preferred for the Key Account Manager role.

This position will be a hybrid role 2-3 days a week in Baltimore City.

Requirements:

• Mortgage industry experience required.
• Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or customer/client success roles.
• SaaS industry experience preferred.
• Limited travel 1-2 times a year for conferences and customer visits.

Compensation is $110-$130k \+ 20% bonus.
