• Collaborate with research, product, and data to identify opportunities and convert insights into impactful design.
• Create seamless user experiences that enhance engagement and retention.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system for consistency and scalability.
• Integrate AI capabilities to streamline the user experience, making it faster and more personalized.
• Set benchmarks for UX and visual design through clarity and craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design, UX principles, and consumer-oriented products.
• Over 12 years of product design experience across mobile and web platforms.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initial research to launch and iteration.
• Experience in building and refining design systems with engineering collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to align diverse teams.
