Lead Engineer

The Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading and ensuring seamless operation, maintenance, and reliability of all engineering systems across the upcoming Jio World Residences in Jio World Centre.

The role will oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance, energy management, statutory compliance, vendor management, and resident service support to ensure a safe, luxurious, and uninterrupted living experience for residents.

The incumbent will play a critical role in maintaining world-class standards across MEP systems, utilities, and infrastructure while leading a team of engineers, technicians, and outsourced service partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering functions of upcoming Luxury Residences in Jio World Centre, including facility management, building maintenance, civil maintenance, property management and residences management.
• Oversee the overall performance of engineering teams to ensure efficient operations and maintenance of facilities.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12 - 15 years of experience in Engineering Management
• B.Tech / B.E. Degree in Any Specialization from a recognized institution.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale luxury hotels, luxury residences and projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems etc.
