The role can be done remotely within the US, working Eastern Time Zone hours. This is a high-impact role in an organization that values intellectual curiosity, high values, and deep analytic capability. The role supports core executive compensation processes including, CD\&A and Compensation Committee material development, executive offers, as well as equity administration.
