Job Description
I’m currently representing a well established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy looking to hire a Mechanical Department Manager to support continued growth across multiple offices.
This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing mechanical engineering operations, staff development, technical delivery and project execution across a diverse portfolio including:
- Healthcare
- Federal/Government
- Commercial
- Laboratory
- Municipal projects
The role would suit someone with:
- Strong HVAC/MEP design background
- PE license
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Client-facing/project leadership exposure
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards and building codes
- Experience managing QA/QC and multidisciplinary coordination
