Lead User Experience Designer

For our client, we are seeking a Lead User Experience Designer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $118,450 – $260,590 annually

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business goals into measurable experiences
• Lead end-to-end design across the product lifecycle
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams for solution shaping
• Apply a lean and agile approach in design processes
• Mentor and guide designers in user-centered design practices
• Use AI-enabled design tools to enhance workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• 8\+ years of professional experience in UX design
• 5\+ years in at least two core design disciplines
• 5\+ years designing business or enterprise applications
• 5\+ years applying user-centered design methods
• 5\+ years using design and prototyping tools like Figma and Miro
• 3\+ years working in agile and lean environments
• 2\+ years demonstrated business acumen
