We're seeking a

Lead Workday HRIS Consultant

to provide functional leadership across the Workday platform and broader HR technology landscape. This role will support the configuration, optimization, and delivery of Workday solutions across Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security, and related HR processes.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders while remaining hands-on with Workday configuration, troubleshooting, testing, reporting, and system enhancements. You'll play a key role in driving HR technology initiatives, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and mentoring junior HRIS team members.

Ideal Candidate

✅ 7\+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday expertise

✅ Strong hands-on experience with:

• Workday Payroll
• Compensation
• Benefits
• Time Tracking
• Absence Management
• Security Administration
• Business Process Configuration
• Reporting \& Calculated Fields

✅ Experience building reports, dashboards, EIBs, and supporting data initiatives

✅ Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production issues

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Experience mentoring or leading HRIS team members

✅ Comfortable partnering with both business and technical teams to deliver solutions
