The Law Office of Stephanie F. Dominguez is a growing virtual law firm that provides advice and representation to federal government employees and labor unions nationwide, and to California-based individuals in employment law (employee and employer side), family law, juvenile dependency and delinquency law, and wills, trusts, and estate planning matters.

Our cases include employment discrimination (including harassment and retaliation), workers’ compensation, unfair labor practices, and family law and juvenile matters. We represent clients before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), U.S. District Courts, Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and California Superior Courts, including the Family Law and Juvenile Divisions.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a fully remote Legal Digital Marketing Specialist position.

The position is responsible for managing and optimizing the firm's entire digital presence, including:

The position is expected to independently identify opportunities to increase qualified prospective-client inquiries, consultations, and retainments.

The position also requires writing approximately two to three SEO-focused blog articles per week relating to the firm's practice areas.

This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum five (5) years of digital-marketing experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience performing SEO work.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience managing Google Business Profiles.
  • Demonstrated history of generating business leads through digital marketing.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated history of employment stability and reliability.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Law-firm marketing experience.
  • Experience marketing employment-law, family-law, juvenile-law, or estate-planning services.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Prior remote-work experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing

Manage and optimize all digital presence, including Google Business Profile and Ads, Yelp and Ads, Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Justia, firm website content, and online reputation and reviews.

SEO

Develop and implement SEO strategies designed to improve qualified traffic, search visibility, and lead generation.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Perform on-page, off-page, and local SEO optimization.

Monitor rankings and implement improvements.

Google Business Profile

Manage and optimize Google Business Profile.

Increase local-search visibility.

Develop and implement strategies to increase calls, website visits, and consultation requests.

Advertising

Manage Google Ads and Yelp Ads campaigns.

Monitor advertising performance.

Improve conversion rates and cost-per-lead metrics.

Provide recommendations regarding advertising budgets and strategy.

Website \& Content

Write and publish approximately two to three SEO-focused blog articles per week.

Create and revise website content.

Recommend and implement website improvements designed to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Online Reputation

Monitor reviews and reputation platforms.

Implement systems to increase client reviews.

Respond to reviews when appropriate.

Analytics \& Reporting

Track and report:

  • Leads
  • Consultation requests
  • Website traffic
  • Search visibility
  • Advertising performance
  • Cost per lead

Provide monthly recommendations for improvement.

Core business hours are generally 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, though flexibility may be required.
