Our client in personal care space is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager!

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and elevate our email and SMS marketing strategy. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing customer lifecycle campaigns, with a strong focus on driving engagement, retention, and revenue through platforms like Klaviyo.

You should be both strategic and organized—someone who understands the big picture of lifecycle marketing while also ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of all email and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Own and manage our Klaviyo account, including segmentation, flows, and campaign setup
  • Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a high-level campaign calendar aligned with marketing and business goals
  • Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue) and continuously optimize campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
  • Ensure proper audience segmentation and targeting for personalized customer journeys
  • Maintain campaign organization, documentation, and workflows at a high operational standard
  • Stay up to date on lifecycle marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and platform updates

Qualifications

  • 2–4\+ years of experience in email and/or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, reporting, A/B testing)
  • Solid understanding of SMS marketing strategy and compliance best practices
  • Experience managing campaign calendars and coordinating cross-functional marketing efforts
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Familiarity with eCommerce marketing is a plus
