Job Description

Job title - Logistics Specialist

Duration - 9\+ months of contract

Location - Bellevue WA (Onsite)

Pay range - $24/hr to $28/hr on w2 (depends on exp)

Overview

The team is focused on maintaining workload parity with LTOC while supporting production-related shipments and ensuring operational excellence. Ground Systems Logistics currently manages planned 2026 shipments equivalent to one LTOC IC portfolio, with a strong focus on maintaining 100% on-time delivery performance across GGT programs.

The position supports global shipment operations, logistics coordination, freight management, and operational execution to help achieve the 2026 delivery target of 70 systems installed.

Schedule

  • One CW will work from 0600 to 1430
  • One CW will work from 1400 to 2230
  • OT, weekend, or holiday support may be required

Work Environment

  • Independent work with collaborative sharing and communication internally and outside of the team
  • Fast-moving operational environment with multiple priorities and global shipment coverage

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics operations and production-related shipments
  • Support freight operations, shipment planning, and transportation coordination
  • Monitor shipment movement and ensure on-time delivery performance
  • Work with logistics service providers (LSPs), carriers, and internal partners
  • Support global and multi-region shipment programs
  • Respond quickly and clearly to LSP and partner inquiries
  • Assist with customs coordination, import/export compliance, and international freight operations
  • Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics platforms for shipment tracking and operational support
  • Collaborate with program management and cross-functional teams to support delivery targets
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment

Required Qualifications

  • 3\+ years of experience in logistics coordination, freight operations, or supply chain management
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar logistics platforms
  • Ability to work staggered or non-standard hours to support global shipment coverage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to respond quickly and clearly to LSP and partner inquiries
  • Able to read and take direction in English

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with SAP Transportation Management System (SAP TMS)
  • Experience managing international freight, customs coordination, or import/export compliance
  • Familiarity with logistics service provider (LSP) management and carrier coordination
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region shipment programs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Commitment to operational excellence and customer-focused support
  • Experience working within or alongside program management teams
