Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a

Logistics Coordinator

to support the safe, efficient movement of vessels delivering petroleum products across multiple U.S. regions. This person will serve as a key point of contact for vessel crews, customers, terminals, vessel agents, and trade partners while helping manage schedules, coordinate deliveries, and keep operations running smoothly.

In this role, you will monitor and update logistics software, coordinate vessel movements, communicate with crews and customers, support loading and delivery schedules, assist with order tracking and billing verification, and help resolve issues in real time. This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy position that requires strong communication, customer service, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Maritime Academy degree strongly preferred
• 1–2 years of logistics experience preferred
• Maritime industry or operational experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Comfort working overtime and a rotational weekend/holiday schedule when needed
