Role Description

Nights and weekends, this is a full-time, on-site role located in New Bern, NC, for a Logistics Dispatcher. The role involves coordinating and monitoring transportation operations, efficiently dispatching fuel deliveries, and maintaining communication with drivers and customers to resolve any issues. The Logistics Dispatcher prioritizes excellent service by ensuring timely and effective communication, maintaining smooth operations, and achieving customer satisfaction through accurate and responsive logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Dispatching and logistics coordination
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities
• Proficient in Communication and Phone Etiquette
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Problem-solving and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in dispatching and logistics
• Previous experience in the transportation or aviation industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or related fields are an advantage
