Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the European Operations Director, the Logistics Manager will lead and develop the end-to-end logistics operation across the Europe, ensuring an efficient, reliable and customer-oriented flow of goods across all channels (B2B, DTC and E-commerce).
This role has full ownership of the 3PL warehousing operations (multi-site DC network, several million units in stock and movements per year, serving 20\+ countries and thousands of points of sale) and of the 4PL Control Tower managing end-to-end transportation, from inbound to last-mile.
The Logistics Manager will act as the operational and strategic bridge between our logistics partners, transport carriers and internal stakeholders (S\&OP, Customer Service, Commercial, Finance and IT), driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and cost efficiency through a Lean mindset, while leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end European logistics operation
(warehousing \+ transportation) across B2B, retail and e-commerce channels, ensuring service, cost, quality and inventory KPIs are consistently met.
- Own the
3PL warehousing operations
(multi-site DC network): governance, SLAs, productivity, inventory accuracy, cost control, contract management and continuous performance improvement.
- Manage the
4PL Control Tower
for end-to-end transportation (inbound, inter-DC, outbound, last-mile and returns): strategy, carrier tenders, OTIF, freight costs, flow management and end-to-end visibility.
- Lead, coach and develop the Logistics team
, setting objectives, KPIs and development plans, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and customer-centricity.
- Embed a
Lean mindset and continuous improvement culture
across internal teams and 3PL/4PL partners, driving cost, productivity and process re-engineering initiatives.
- Manage the logistics KPI
framework and dashboards, turning data into decisions and monthly business reviews.
- Partner cross-functionall
y with S\&OP, Customer Service, Commercial, Finance and IT to translate business needs into logistics capabilities, service levels and scalable processes.
- Contribute to logistics strategy, budget and transformation projects
(network design, new markets/channels operating models, systems, automation, sustainability), ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Education \& Experience
bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration, with at least 8 years of proven experience in logistics/supply chain, including 3–5 years managing 3PL operations and/or a 4PL / Control Tower in multi-site, multi-country environments (fashion, retail, consumer goods or e-commerce preferred).
- Logistics \& Transportation Expertise
with solid track record in 3PL warehousing governance and 4PL Control Tower transportation management
- Proven experience deploying
Lean / Kaizen
methodologies
- Leadership \& Stakeholder Management Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams and engage cross-functional stakeholders with strong communication, negotiation and change-management skills.
- Digital, Analytical \& Language Skills Strong command of ERP (SAP S/4 preferred), BI tools and partners’ platforms, with an analytical, data-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Portuguese bilingual level. High level of English
Please note that this is a hybrid position. It is expected to this person to be 3 days/week at the office in Madrid.
