Job Description
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for daily logistics and fulfillment operations in Europe, including order review, inbound/outbound workflows, inventory monitoring, and exception handling.Track and manage order flows within OMS/WMS/TMS systems to ensure all orders are processed accurately and within SLAs.Oversee warehouse inbound activities, exception feedback, inventory transfers, and regular inventory data reconciliation.Follow up on outbound tasks including order picking, dispatch, POD (Proof of Delivery) collection, and delivery confirmation.Coordinate seamlessly with warehouses, internal operations teams, suppliers, and 3PL/4PL service providers to guarantee delivery timeliness and service quality.Swiftly resolve transportation anomalies, including transit delays, lost shipments, customs clearance issues, and other logistics incidents.Monitor order delivery performance across key European countries/regions, and support the optimization of logistics solutions and overall fulfillment efficiency.Complete other logistics operation-related tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.2–3 years of hands-on experience in cross-border logistics, overseas warehousing, or international supply chain operations.Familiar with warehouse operation processes and proficient in using OMS, WMS, TMS, or equivalent logistics management software.Proficient in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, and advanced formulas) with strong capabilities in independent data analysis.Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required, to effectively communicate between international headquarters, suppliers, and local European partners.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving cross-departmental issue resolution.Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and resilient under pressure.
Preferred QualificationsFluency or working proficiency in Dutch is a plus.Experience working with international couriers and freight forwarders such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.Prior logistics operation experience specifically within Europe, the UK, or Switzerland.Deep understanding of POD management, customs clearance documentation, and European last-mile delivery processes.Strong awareness of data-driven process optimization and continuous improvement.
