Logistics/Transportation Coordinator

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

- Pulling parts via system transactions from warehouse to dock

- Follow the parts to the dock and obtain tracking once shipped to the schedulers

- Track transportation via GTNexus and Ceva

- Work misalignment report

• This is ensure timely shipments \& timely follow up for the team and the customers

• This roll will become the SME for tracking transportation for the team.

Typical task breakdown:

- Pull material daily

- Track material from previous day’s pulls

- Track material from supplier via GT Nexus and Ceva

Interaction with team:

• All day / every day

• Team of 4

Team Structure

• Demand team for After Market Parts

• Machine Shop scheduling team

Work environment:

• Professional, office environment

Education \& Experience Required:

- Years of experience: 3yrs professional experience

- Degree requirement: preferred, not necessary if experience

- Do you accept internships as job experience: no

- Are there past or additional job titles or roles that would provide comparable background to this role: Supply Chain or Transportation analyst
