Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to join a small, high-performing team within Hilton's luxury brand division. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing global brand marketing strategies designed to attract and retain the world's most discerning luxury travelers. You will support multi-channel marketing campaigns, brand positioning initiatives, and key strategic programs across Hilton's luxury portfolio, working cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and hotel stakeholders to deliver measurable business results. This position requires a proactive, hands-on approach, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution and project management of key brand programs, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, business objectives, and luxury portfolio priorities
- Support the execution and optimization of global brand website initiatives, including hotel onboarding, content updates, and coordination with digital and web teams
- Support the rollout of brand positioning and identity across the Conrad portfolio, while maintaining ongoing governance, serving as a key point of contact to field inquiries, provide guidance, and advise on identity applications across multiple luxury brands
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns through project management, cross-functional coordination, and partnership with internal teams and external agencies
- Develop clear, compelling, and visually strong presentations that communicate brand performance, campaign impact, and key initiatives to a range of stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, brand and regional teams, and hotel leadership
- Support the luxury Global Brand Marketing Strategy partnership with B2B and commercial teams to ensure alignment on luxury brand strategy, supporting seamless pull-through into key channels including industry events and luxury travel advisors
- Act as a key connector across internal teams, agencies, and hotel stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and high-quality execution across initiatives
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail, clear communication, and adherence to timelines in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling presentations for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of brand positioning, brand strategy, and integrated marketing campaign development within the luxury or super-premium space
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, agencies, and hotel stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of operating independently within a small, high-performing team
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
Experience:
- 6 or more years of professional work experience in brand marketing or a strategic marketing agency environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting the development of brand positioning, brand strategy, and integrated brand campaigns for a super-premium or luxury brand
- Proven track record of project management and contributing to strategic initiatives in collaboration with agencies and cross-functional partners that have driven measurable business results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in the McLean, VA office
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
