Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Lawndale, CA. The Maintenance Technician will perform daily tasks such as equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and conducting preventive maintenance. The role also involves managing repairs and ensuring the timely upkeep of residential and commercial properties to maintain operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance \& Repair
• Experience with Industrial Maintenance and related technical expertise
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Prior experience in property management or facilities maintenance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical certifications are an advantage
