Job Title - Management Trainee

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Management Trainee Program is not your average “sit-and-watch” development track. Over the course of 2 to 2\.5 years, you’ll rotate through every critical part of our business, from warehouse logistics to financial forecasting to customer sales strategy.

At the end of the program, you’ll be prepared to lead a location where you’ll:

· Hire and manage a team

· Build lasting customer relationships

· Develop inventory and sales strategies

· Drive your market’s growth with the full support and resources of a privately held leader in electrical distribution

What you will lean:

?  Business Operations: Inventory control, purchasing, warehouse and counter sales

?  Financial Acumen: Forecasting, budgeting, accounts receivable and payable

?  Sales \& Account Management: Building relationships and creating customer solutions

?  Leadership \& Strategy: Team development, market analysis, decision-making authority

You’ll also attend hands-on product training, sales workshops, and management strategy sessions to round out your skills.
