Management Consultant – Technology \& Transformation \| £75,000 \| London Hybrid

London/Hybrid

£75,000 \+ excellent package

Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading global consultancy for a Management Consultant to join a high-profile Technology function. This role will focus on strategic transformation, operational improvement, and innovation across a large-scale enterprise technology environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help drive business-critical change, enhance organisational effectiveness, and deliver key strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will operate in a consultative capacity, partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver operational efficiencies, governance improvements, communication strategies, and transformation initiatives across Technology and the wider business.

Role \& Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional programmes across Technology, operations, and business teams.
  • Develop executive-level reporting, presentations, dashboards, and management information.
  • Support innovation, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies for strategic programmes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve governance, operational efficiency, and delivery effectiveness.
  • Support organisational change, culture, and engagement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across Technology and business leadership teams.

Skills \& Experience:

Essential

  • Experience within Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Transformation, or Business Consulting environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience delivering strategic, operational, or transformation initiatives within large organisations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project delivery capabilities.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership audiences.
  • Understanding of technology operations, governance, and organisational change.

Desirable

  • Experience within Financial Services or regulated environments.
  • Exposure to AI, innovation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting COO, strategy, or enterprise transformation functions.
