Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead client engagements from planning through delivery, with a strong focus on solving complex business challenges through structured analysis and clear recommendations. The Manager will manage multiple workstreams, partner closely with clients and internal teams, and help ensure high-quality outcomes across each phase of the engagement. This is a highly visible consulting role that combines day-to-day client leadership with coaching responsibilities and support for business development efforts.

Location: Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $212,000 – $232,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to ensure high-quality delivery across all phases of the project
• Manage multiple workstreams while balancing competing priorities effectively
• Develop evidence-based recommendations through structured analysis
• Translate client needs into practical work plans and deliverables
• Oversee and mentor case teams through coaching and feedback
• Lead specific workstreams and smaller cases directly
• Build strong client relationships as a day-to-day contact
• Present insights and recommendations confidently to stakeholders
• Support senior leadership in business development efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5\+ years of relevant consulting experience
• Experience using a diverse consulting toolkit to solve complex client issues
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
• Resilient with the capacity to adapt to new challenges
• Ability to build credibility with clients and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
