The Manager, Content \& Community will lead WonderFold's brand presence across social media, influencer marketing, ambassador programs, community engagement, user-generated content (UGC), and customer advocacy initiatives. This role is responsible for building meaningful relationships with customers, creators, influencers, and brand advocates while strengthening awareness, engagement, loyalty, and brand affinity.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, community builder, and relationship manager. Success in this role will be measured by brand engagement, social \& community growth, creator performance, customer advocacy, content generation \& performance, and overall brand health.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own WonderFold's brand presence across social media, community, influencer, ambassador, and advocacy channels.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, community growth, and customer connection across all key platforms.
  • Lead influencer and creator programs including paid partnerships, gifting initiatives, affiliate relationships, ambassador programs, event participation, and long-term brand collaborations.
  • Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage influencer, creator, and ambassador partnerships that align with WonderFold's brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Build and scale user-generated content (UGC) programs that encourage authentic customer storytelling and support both brand and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Create and execute community engagement strategies that foster customer loyalty, advocacy, retention, and word-of-mouth growth.
  • Develop and manage brand campaigns, community activations, ambassador initiatives, contests, and customer engagement programs.
  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing to ensure creator, influencer, and UGC content supports customer acquisition, paid media performance, and conversion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, International Marketing, Ecommerce \& Growth, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across channels and markets.
  • Champion the Voice of Customer (VOC) by gathering, analyzing, and sharing customer feedback, reviews, social sentiment, community conversations, and market insights.
  • Identify customer trends, product feedback, and emerging opportunities that can inform marketing strategies, product development, customer experience improvements, and business decisions.
  • Manage social listening, community moderation, reputation management, and customer engagement efforts across owned and earned channels.
  • Partner with Creative teams to develop social-first content, creator content, customer stories, testimonials, and campaign assets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on community, influencer, ambassador, and social media performance metrics while providing recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Manage agency, influencer platform, creator network, ambassador software, and community management partners as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging social trends, creator opportunities, platform changes, and cultural moments relevant to WonderFold's audience.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 5\+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, influencer marketing, community management, creator partnerships, or related marketing roles.
  • Proven experience building and managing influencer, ambassador, creator, and community programs that perform.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content development, creator ecosystems, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Experience managing influencer negotiations, contracts, partnerships, and performance measurement.
  • Strong understanding of user-generated content (UGC), creator content, and advocacy marketing.
  • Experience utilizing social listening, sentiment analysis, customer feedback, and Voice of Customer programs.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities from customer and community feedback.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing, affiliate, social media, and community management platforms.
  • Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience building timelines, project plans, launch calendars, and workflow processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, freelancers, production partners, and external marketing resources.
  • Ability to influence and drive accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience within juvenile products, lifestyle, family, consumer goods, retail, or premium DTC brands preferred.
  • Experience managing creator, ambassador, affiliate, or advocacy programs preferred.
  • Experience with community-building and customer loyalty initiatives preferred.
  • Experience working in founder-led or rapidly scaling businesses preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to withstand emotional and physical stress.
  • Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
