Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing corporate communications team aligned with best practices in an agile environment
  • Coach team members for continuous improvement; manage daily priorities, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Set strategic direction and manage corporate communications plans and budgets
  • Oversee Firstup partnership and continuously enhance the Connections platform
  • Establish KPIs to measure engagement and overall impact
  • Build and manage a streamlined communications request process aligned with team capacity
  • Maintain a master calendar for employee communications and engagement initiatives
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, track engagement metrics, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead creation and execution of internal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment
  • Guide creative execution to maintain tone and messaging standards
  • Advance key corporate communication initiatives and ensure proactive project management
  • Partner cross-functionally to support business priorities and organizational messaging needs
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on presentations, executive communications, and sensitive messaging while maintaining confidentiality
  • Align internal communications with Marketing to ensure consistency with external messaging
  • Develop channels for employee feedback and strengthen overall employee engagement
  • Support crisis communications efforts in partnership with the VP and Crisis Specialist, serving as backup as needed
