As Corporate Communications Manager, you will lead the company’s corporate and leadership communications strategy.
You will drive corporate profiling, executive visibility, and strategic storytelling to strengthen the company’s reputation, market positioning, and stakeholder confidence.
Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will shape clear, impactful narratives across media, industry, and stakeholder platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute corporate communications strategies aligned with business priorities and growth plans.
- Lead corporate and leadership profiling initiatives to strengthen brand reputation and executive visibility.
- Craft compelling narratives, messaging, and thought leadership content for external stakeholders.
- Build and manage strong relationships with media, industry commentators, and key opinion leaders.
- Partner with leadership, marketing, and business teams to ensure aligned and consistent communications.
- Manage reputational risks, issues, and crisis communications when required.
- Support strategic communications for key corporate milestones.
- Oversee agencies, media engagements, and communications performance reporting.
- Manage corporate events, sponsorships, partnerships, and speaking engagements to strengthen the company’s visibility and leadership positioning.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in corporate communications, strategic communications, or public relations.
- Proven experience in corporate profiling and executive communications for senior leadership teams.
- Strong media network and understanding of Malaysia and regional’s media landscape.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in crisis communications and reputation management.
- Experience in high-growth, technology, fintech, or regional organisations is an advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
