What Will You Do?

As the Manager, Growth Strategy \& Operations (Experiments/Campaigns) at Airwallex, you will build and run the experimentation engine behind global growth by managing the backlog and roadmap. You will design experiments, coordinate launches across teams, and synthesize learnings to inform iterations. Additionally, you will own the campaign calendar, ensure measurement rigor with dashboards, and build scalable systems using automation and AI.
