A Day in the Life
The YSL, Prada, and Miu Miu Business Unit—also known as the
"Hot Couture" BU
—is looking for a
360 Campaign Manager
to support the Heads of Marketing.
As the 360 Campaign Manager, you are the primary orchestrator of the brand’s visual story across the U.S. market. Acting as a vital link between the U.S. Marketing and Media teams, you will ensure that every product launch and "always-on" campaign is supported by a high-performing, platform-specific asset strategy.
From leading timeline alignments and organizing local productions to translating media plans into actionable content matrices, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of brand assets. You will optimize content performance by analyzing data and ensuring every piece of creative—whether for a PDP or a media ad—is delivered on time, on brand, and built to convert.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience: 5\+ years of experience in Marketing, PR, or Communications.
- Passion: A deep interest in beauty, fragrance, trends, and storytelling.
- Industry: Luxury and/or beauty experience is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Media-to-Content Translation: Ability to interpret a Media Plan and understand how it dictates asset needs (e.g., distinguishing between "top-of-funnel" awareness video and "bottom-of-funnel" conversion assets).
- Project Management: Proven ability to track asset adaptation and manage strict delivery timelines.
- Production Management: Experience leading local shoots, from briefing photographers/videographers to overseeing on-set logistics.
- Data Literacy: Ability to interpret data and assess ROI. You must be able to collaborate with Insights teams to understand performance KPIs and translate them into creative optimizations.
Soft Skills \& Core Competencies
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to "bridge" different teams, navigate a complex network, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Operational Rigor: Extreme attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- Agility \& Proactivity: The ability to pivot when a media plan or shoot date shifts, while proactively identifying "content gaps" before they become obstacles.
- Creative Eye: A strong aesthetic sense to ensure that adapted assets remain premium and consistent with the brand DNA.
Responsibilities
- Pre-DMI Shoot Alignment: Lead alignment on content requirements per launch and for "always-on" initiatives between Marketing US, A\&I US, DMI Marketing, and Communications; manage and communicate the U.S. asset timeline.
- Content Strategy: Translate the media plan into a comprehensive content matrix.
- Asset Lifecycle: Own the timeline and briefs for asset adaptation.
- Traffic Management: Distribute assets to corresponding teams for Media (Pure and E-retail) or PDP placement.
- Local Production: Lead the organization and execution of local shoots.
- Reporting: Conduct content performance analysis and reporting in collaboration with the Media Manager and BCL Insights.
What We Offer
- Salary Range: $98,400–$140,200 (Actual compensation depends on job-related factors including location, experience, and skill level).
- Benefits: Competitive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Pension Plan.
- Hybrid Work: Up to 2 days per week remote for eligible roles.
- Flexible Time Off: Paid holidays, vacation, Vacation Buy Program, volunteer time, and Summer Fridays.
- Perks: VIP access to L’Oréal’s internal shop and a monthly mobile allowance.
- Growth: Unlimited access to e-learning, mentorship, and Lunch \& Learn sessions.
