Job Description

Manager, Operations \& Transformation

Snapology

Role Summary

The Manager, Operations \& Transformation will own and drive key initiatives tied to Snapology’s 2026–27 Value Creation Plan. This is a high-impact role for a self-directed operator who takes ownership of complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish. You will build structure where there is none, drive progress against KPIs, and ensure the organization’s most critical priorities move with speed and rigor. We’re looking for someone who is intellectually curious, resourceful, and biased toward action—a problem-solver who brings solutions, not just questions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate priorities from the Value Creation Plan into structured workplans, timelines, and accountability frameworks—and own execution against them.
  • Drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across VCP pillars—including franchisee engagement, demand generation, product ]leadership, brand building, and franchisee launch readiness.
  • Track initiative progress against KPIs and milestones; proactively surface risks, blockers, and recommended solutions to leadership.
  • Own the redesign and ongoing management of the new franchisee training (NFT) program and pre-NFT onboarding experience to ensure new owners are launch-ready and set up for long-term success.
  • Build and improve training content, playbooks, and operational guides that reflect current best practices and system standards.
  • Keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable—coordinating across franchise support, marketing, product, and operations to drive shared initiatives forward.
  • Prepare clear, high-quality materials for leadership and franchisee advisory council (FAC) communications—including presentations, reports, and operational updates.
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies; develop scalable solutions and drive adoption across the system.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure tools and platforms are performing effectively for the franchise system.

Performance Expectations

  • Drive measurable progress on assigned VCP initiatives, with clear ownership of timelines, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects without requiring day-to-day direction.
  • Operate as a connector and coordinator — keeping cross-functional teams aligned, informed, and moving forward.
  • Deliver executive-ready materials and communications that are clear, concise, and well-structured.
  • Proactively identify issues before they become problems and bring solutions, not just status updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in operations, program management, project management, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable building models, dashboards, and executive presentations from scratch.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to present to senior leadership and franchise owners with confidence and clarity.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-sufficient; able to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at bringing structure to unstructured problems.
  • Experience in a franchise, multi-unit, or education services environment. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with franchise operations, franchisee support models, or field operations. (Preferred)
  • Track record of working independently and driving results in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. (Preferred)
  • Bonus points if experience in strategy or operations consulting. (Preferred)

Perks

  • Paid bi-weekly
  • Company Paid Holidays
  • Flexible Paid Time Off
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Multiple health care insurance plans that cover medical, dental, prescription, vision, and employer HSA contributions
  • Competitive 401(k) Program with employer matching contributions
  • Daily dress code of “business casual”
  • A positive work environment
  • And much, much more
